Enhancement Requests originating from any authorized user or the SMS/800 Number Administration Committee (SNAC) may be sent to Somos® by submitting the “Enhancement Request” in the “Submit Requests” section of the Somos Portal Website (portal.somos.com). This request allows users to request improvements such as additional features or functionality to available Somos services. The Enhancement Request provides space for users to describe an issue or concern to be addressed, a proposed solution (if one is known), and whether the solution would require an update to their internal systems. Additionally, the user is asked to provide a desired time frame for when the solution should be implemented as well as any other related information that the user feels would be beneficial for addressing the request.
Once the request is received, it will be reviewed by Somos. Somos representatives will respond to the submitter of the request if any additional information is needed and they will notify the submitter if the request has been approved or denied.
