The Spare Number Forecast Report (120 Day Future View) displays the Disconnected and Transitional TFNs along with dates the TFNs will be returned to the Spare pool. This assumes the TFN/TFNs follow the standard Status progression from Disconnect/Transitional to Spare.
To view the report:
- On the Spare Number Forecast Report (120 Day Future View) Landing page, the user can select specific NPAs or (All) from the drop down menu and select the “Date From” and “Date To” with the slider.
- When no filters are selected, the report will display the default NPA value as (All) with the “Date From” equal to the current date and the “Date To” equals to the current date +120 days or the maximum date of a TFN in Disconnect or Transitional status, not to exceed the current date +120 days.
Selected Number of Rows
- For NPA, the user can select specific NPAs or (All) from the NPA drop down menu.
- For “Date From”, the user can select the beginning date range. The “Date From” selection ranges from the current date to current date +120 days or the maximum date of a TFN in Disconnect or Transitional status, not to exceed the current date +120 days.
- For ‘Date To”, the user can select the ending date range. The “Date To” selection ranges from the current date to the current date +120 days or the maximum date of a TFN in Disconnect or Transitional status, not to exceed the current date +120 days.
- Once the user selects the filters, the “Upcoming Spares” Chart and the “Selected Number of Rows” will dynamically refresh.
- On the chart, the TFNs in Disconnect status are indicated by the dark berry bars and the TFNs in Transitional status are indicated by the indigo bars. The user can hover the mouse device over each bar to see more information (see Figure 112 Spare Number Forecast Report Selected Number of Rows).
Please Note: It is recommended to limit the size of the Selected Number of Rows to 200,000 for optimal performance.
