TFNRegistry Reporting: What Is The POTS to Toll-Free Number Summary? – Somos

The POTS to Toll-Free Number Summary Report provides all Toll-Free Numbers that have a status of Working or Disconnected terminating to specified Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) numbers.

POTS to Toll-Free Number Summary Field Descriptions

POTS to Toll-Free Number Summary Field Descriptions
Field	Description
Entity	An identifier for the Entity.
Resp Org	An identifier for the Resp Org.
Destination-POTS#	Identifies the POTS number to which the call is routed.
Toll-Free Number	The Toll-Free Number that has been assigned for the Customer Record.
Number Status	The status of the Toll-Free Number are: A (Assigned) - Associated with a pending Customer Record that has been established in SMS/800 TFN Registry, but is not yet active in the Service Control Point (SCP) P (Suspend) - Disconnected but scheduled to be reactivated D (Disconnect) - Service has been terminated R (Reserved) - Holding for future use by a customer T (Transitional) - Service has been terminated for less than the specified number of months and is no longer on intercept U (Unavailable) - Removed from use and cannot be assigned until it is released W (Working) - Has a Customer Record status of active or sending
Effective Date	The Effective Date of the listed Toll-Free Number.
Last Updated Date/Time	The date and time updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred).
Last Refresh Date/Time	Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed.
Record Count	Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy.

The “RHDB_DESTNPANXX” data source is used to create the POTS to Toll-Free Number Summary report. The fields used from this table are:
