The Destination NPA-NXX Report lists the destination POTS# numbers and Toll-Free Numbers associated with the POTS# for the specified controlling Resp Org past.

An identifier for the Resp Org. |

Destination-POTS# |
The destination number. |

Toll-Free Number |
Toll-Free Number associated with the POTS#. |

Number Status |
The status of the Toll-Free Number. Possible values:

LSO |
The Local Serving Office (LSvcOff). |
|
FSO |
The Foreign Serving Office (FSvcOff). Used when the LSO cannot process the calls. |

Effective Date |
Identifies the Effective Date of the Customer Record. |
|
Last Updated Date/Time |
The date/time when the data updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred). |
|
Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time when the report was last refreshed. |
|
Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
