There are two reports that will generate a pop-up window alert on Mozilla Firefox if the pop-up blocker is not set to allow the function for the TFNRegistry™ Reporting (reports.somos.com).
Affected Reports:
- Affected Customer Records by Invalid 6-Digit Report
- Affected Customer Records by SCP AOS Expansion
Example for the Affected Customer Records by Invalid 6-Digit Report:
- When you select the filters and generates the report, the browser will block the report from displaying.
- Now, you must select the "Preferences" button and then the "Allow pop-ups for reports.somos.com" to allow the report to be displayed.
Please Note: This action only needs to be completed once.
