The Template Utilization Report is an on-demand pre-defined report which is initiated from and output to the Reporting. This report lists counts of Customers Records (Regular, Pointer, and Template Records) defined in the SMS/800 TFN Registry per the Entity ID and provides information on the Template Utilization by Entity (see Figure 187 Template Utilization Report).
Only Administrators can access this report.

Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |

Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Sources Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_TMPL_UTILIZATION_DATA” data source is used to create the Template Utilization Report. The fields used from this table are:
