The CCS Network - State - NPA Reports contain the CCS Network - State - NPA Reports are pre-defined reports available in the Reporting application. The information for these reports derived from the respective RHDB tables.
This report is combining 3 other reports and they are:
- “CCS Network - State - NPA By Network Report”
- “CCS Network - State - NPA By NPA Report”
- “CCS Network - State - NPA By State Report”

Indicates the status of CCS Network. Possible values are:

| Effective Date | Identifies the Effective Date of the listed CCS Network-State-NPA. |
| Last Updated Date/Time | The date of the data updated in the Transactional database. |
| Last Refresh Date/Time | Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |
| Record Count | Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |

The “RHDB_NETWORKSTATENPA” data source is used to create the CCS Network - State - NPA Reports. The fields used from this table are:

- Extractdate
- Create_logonid
- Update_logonid
- Create_time
- Update_time
