The Resp Org Template Utilization Report provides information regarding the Customer Record Distribution (Number of Basic CRs, Complex CRs and Pointer CRs) and the Template Utilization (Number of Resp Org IDs using Templates versus Number of Resp Org IDs not using Templates) for the Resp Org’s Entity.

Total # of CRs |
The count of regular CRs and PRs existing in the SMS/800 TFN Registry, in any status. |

The count of simple regular CRs (not containing CPR) existing in the SMS/800 TFN Registry. |

% Of Basic CRs |
Percentage of simple CRs in Customer Records (regular CRs and PRs). |

The count of complex CRs (containing CPR) existing in the SMS/800 TFN Registry. |

The “RHDB_TMPL_UTILIZATION_DATA_RESPORG_LVL” data source is used to create the Resp Org Template Utilization Report. The fields used from this table are:
