The Unreferenced Templates Report is an on-demand report and provides the list of Template Names belonging to a given Entity/Resp Org that are not used by any Pointer Records. For each Template Name, the TRs status, the Template Last Referenced Date and Effective Date are displayed. A single Template Name can have multiple records in the table, e.g., if there is both an Active and Old TR and neither has associated PRs (see Figure 170 Unreferenced Templates Report).

Identifies the Resp Org associated with the TR. |

Template Name |
The Template Name that is not referenced by any Pointer Record (PAD, PR). |

TR Status |
Status of the TR. Possible Values:

Template Last Referenced Date |
The date when the Template Record was last referenced by a Toll-Free Number. If the template has never been referenced by a Toll-Free Number, the field will be populated with “Template never referenced”. |

Last Updated Date/Time |
The date of the data updated in the Transactional database. |

Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |

Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_UNREFERENCED_TMPL_REP” data source is used to create the Unreferenced Templates Report. The fields used from this table are:
- Entity
- Controlresporg
- TemplateName
- Status
- EffectiveDateTime
- UpdateTime
- ExtractDate
- LastReferencedDate
