The Area of Service Labels (ASL) Reports are pre-defined reports, which are included in the Area of Service Label (ASL) Reports category of the Corporate Documents folder. The Reporting produces Area of Service Label (ASL) reports on-demand and/or a scheduled basis.
The on-demand and scheduled reports are requested by the “System Users” (e.g., Resp Org Administrators and Resp Org Users, etc.) via the Reporting function. Usually, this data is updated nightly.

The date of the data updated in the Transactional database. |

Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |

Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_AOSLABELS” data source is used to create the Area of Service List report. The fields used from this table are:
- AOS Label Name
- AOS Label Type
- Create_Logonid
- Create_Time
- Effective Date
- Extractdate
- Resp Org
- Status Indicator
- Update Time
- Update_Logonid
- Value
