The CAG Change Impact Reports are pre-defined on-demand reports, which are initiated from and output to the Reporting. These reports list all of the Customer Records that would be impacted if a specific Entity were deleted from a CIC’s Carrier Agreements with Entities (CAG) table. The CAG Change Impact Reports support both Customer Records and Template Records.
In the Reporting, 2 reports have been merged into one report and is populated on one dashboard. The 2 merged reports are: 1. CAG Change Impact Summary by Toll-Free Number/Template Name Report. 2. CAG Change Impact Summary by CR Status Report.
Based on filter selection, the user can obtain the desired information. |
To view the report:
- On the CAG Change Impact Report Landing page, the user can select the Carrier Code, Delete Entity and Impacted Resp Org items from the corresponding drop down menu.
Selected Number of Rows
- As the user selects each filter, the “Selected Number of Rows” will dynamically refreshes and the number of data rows for the selected filters will be displayed (see Figure 165 CAG Change Impact Report Selected Number of Rows).
Please Note: It is recommended to limit the size of the Selected Number of Rows to 200,000 for optimal performance.
Generate Preview (10 Rows)
- By selecting the “Generate Preview (10 Rows)” button, the user can preview the first 10 rows of the report. This button will be “grayed” out and displayed with a light blue background after the first time it was selected in a session (see Figure 166 CAG Change Impact Report Preview). The preview data auto refreshes every time the user modifies the filters without the need to reselect the “Generate Preview (10 Rows)” button again.
Full Report Results
- By selecting the “Generate Full Report” button, the Results page of the full report will be displayed in another tab of the browser. The user can review or download the data on this page (see Figure 167 CAG Change Impact Full Report).
- The user can select the CAG Change Impact Report tab at the top left corner of the page to view and modify the report again.

Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_CAGIMPACT” data source is used to create the CAG Change Impact report. The fields used from this table are:
- Carrier Code
- CR Status
- Data Indicator
- Delete Entity
- Effective Date/Time
- Impact Type
- Logonid
- Resporg
- Toll-Free Number/Template Name
