The CAG Change Impact Summary Reports is on-demand pre-defined report that is initiated from and output in the Reporting. This report lists all of the Customer Records, by Status, that would be impacted if a specific Entity were deleted from a CIC’s Carrier Agreements with Entity (CAG) table. The CAG Change Impact Summary report supports both Customer Records and Template Records.
In the Reporting, 2 reports have been merged into one report and is populated on one dashboard. The 2 merged reports are:

To view the report:
- On the CAG Change Impact Summary Report Landing page, the user can select the Carrier Code, Delete Entity and Impacted Resp Org items from the corresponding drop down menu.
Selected Number of Rows
- As the user selects each filter, the “Selected Number of Rows” will dynamically refreshes and the number of data rows for the selected filters will be displayed (see Figure 160 CAG Change Impact Summary Report Selected Number of Rows).
Please Note: It is recommended to limit the size of the Selected Number of Rows to 200,000 for optimal performance.
Generate Preview (10 Rows)
- By selecting the “Generate Preview (10 Rows)” button, the user can preview the first 10 rows of the report. This button will be “grayed” out and displayed with a light blue background after the first time it was selected in a session (see Figure 161 CAG Change Impact Summary Report Preview). The preview data auto refreshes every time the user modifies the filters without the need to reselect the “Generate Preview (10 Rows)” button again.
Full Report Results
- By selecting the “Generate Full Report” button, the Results page of the full report will be displayed in the same tab of the browser. The user can review or download the data on this page (see Figure 162 CAG Change Impact Summary Full Report).
Running the Report again in the same Session
- The user can select the CAG Change Impact Summary tab at the top left corner of the page to view and modify the report again.
- First, re-activate the “Generate Full Report” button by selecting it once and it will change back to the indigo background. Next, make the new selections from the Carrier Code, Delete Entity and/or Impacted Resp Org filters. Next, either select the “Generate Preview (10 Rows)” button or the “Generate Full Report” button to view the desired results (see Figure 163 CAG Change Impact Summary Report New Selection Preview).
- Select the “Generate Full Report” button to see the results based on the new filter selections and the report will be displayed in the same page (see Figure 164 CAG Change Impact Summary New Selection Full Report).

The “RHDB_CAGIMPACT” data source is used to create the CAG Change Impact Summary report. The fields used from this table are:
