The Sending Customer Records Report lists Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) or Template Names for a specified Controlling (current, old) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) that were in a Sending status at the time of the last extract to Reporting descriptions (see Figure 128 Sending Customer Record Summary).

Toll-Free Number/Template |
Identifies the TFN or Template Name for which a discrepancy was found between TFNRegistry and an SCP. |
SCP ID |
Identifies the ID of the audited SCP. |
SCP Status |
A 2-character SCP status code used to determine why the record is not in the SCP. Possible status codes are:

Effective Date |
Identifies the Effective Date of the Customer Record. |
Last Updated Date/Time |
The date and time updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred). |
Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |
Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_SENDINGCR” data source is used to create the Sending Customer Record report. The fields used from this table are:
- Effective Date
- Entity
- Resp Org
- Rownum
- SCP ID
- SCP Status
- Toll-Free Number/Template
- Update Date
