The Deficient Customer Records Report contains a list of CRs queried by you, based on Customer Record status, that are incomplete (that is, deficient) and not ready to be sent to the SCP(s). The Deficient Customer Records Report supports both regular Customer Records, Pointer Records and Template Records whereby the user enters a Toll-Free Number or a Template Name to request a record.
Records that are considered ‘Deficient’ can have a CR Status of FAILED, INVALID, MUST CHECK, SAVED, HOLD or PENDING. In the case of HOLD and PENDING records, a ‘Deficient’ record means it has an Effective Date/Time that is in the past.
