The Daily Customer Record Activation Summary Reports are scheduled daily pre-defined reports that are initiated from and output to the Reporting. These reports list the Customer Records sent to and activated at the SCPs on a given date. The Daily Customer Record Activation Summary Reports support both regular Customer Records and Template Records whereby the user enters a Dial# or a Template Name to request a report (see Figure 125 Daily Customer Record Activation Summary).
The Daily Customer Record Activation Summary Report includes 3 report formats in TFNRegistry; these 3 reports are combining in TFNRegistry.
- Daily Customer Record Activation Summary - CCS Network Report
- Daily Customer Record Activation Summary - Resp Org Report
- Daily Customer Record Activation Summary - SCP Report
In new TFNRegistry above 3 Daily Customer Record Activation Summary Reports are integrated and made one report and populated on one dashboard. Based on filter selection user can get relevant functional info. |

SCP Responses |
Identifies the action occurring on the Customer Record at the SCP, which includes one of the following:
For example, if a record initially had an Area of Service (AOS) of “BA” and was updated to now have an AOS of “BA” and “AM”, then on the report for “BA” the action would be ‘C’ whereas on the report for “AM” the action would be ‘N’. |
Last Updated Date/Time |
The date and time updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred). |
Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |
Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_DAILYCRACTIVATION” data source is used to create the Daily Customer Record Activation Summary report. The fields used from this table are:
