- Each SCP has 2 socket connections to each of the two TFNRegistry SCP DCM servers (i.e. 4 socket connections from each SCP). The SCP shall initiate the connection request to the TFNRegistry whenever the socket connection between the TFNRegistry and SCP is broken. The following tests will be performed on these connections:
a. Stop the connections on SCP DCM1, verify that all communication between the TFNRegistry and SCP can use the remaining connections on SCP DCM2 and SCP traffic is not impacted. Repeat the same test by stopping the connections on DCM2 and verify all communication can use the connections on DCM1.
b. Stop a connection and restart it from the TFNRegistry side. Verify that the SCP side will re-initiate the connection within 10 minutes.
c. Stop all connections from the TFNRegistry side and restart them. Verify that the SCP side will re-initiate the connection to the TFNRegistry DCM1 and DCM2 within 10 minutes.
