You can select a Template Name radio button based on the TR status and retrieve the corresponding Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR). You can delete or disconnect a TR. When the TR is in Active or Sending status, then the “Disconnect” icon will be enabled while the “Delete” icon will be disabled. When the Template is in future date and time, then the “Delete” icon will be enabled and “Disconnect” icon will be disabled. Active TR can be disconnected only if there are no Pointer Records (PADs) (also known as PRs) mapped to the TR.
TR with the following status can be deleted:
- Pending
- Hold
- Invalid
- Must Check
TR with the following status can neither be deleted nor disconnected:
- Failed
- Sending
- Disconnect
Please Note: Permissions for disconnect and delete will be based on TR permission.
To disconnect a TR:
- By selecting the Template Name radio button with Sending or Active TR status and it has zero (0) for the PAD quantity, the Disconnect icon will be enabled.
- By selecting the “Disconnect” icon, a pop-up will be displayed.
- By selecting the “Yes” button, the Template will be disconnected and a message, “Template Record Disconnected Successfully” will be displayed.
To delete a TR:
- By selecting the Template Name radio button with Sending or Active TR status and 0 PAD quantity, the “Delete” icon will be enabled.
- By selecting the “Delete” icon, a pop-up will be displayed.
- By selecting the “Yes” button, the Template will be deleted and a message, “Template Record Deleted Successfully” will be displayed.
