The TFNRegistry™ (formerly known as the SMS/800 TFN Registry®) is the new, modern way to access and manage Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs). Resp Orgs may search for and reserve Toll-Free Numbers, create new Customer Records and modify existing Customer Records, among many other activities within the TFNRegistry. Resp Org access to the TFNRegistry is a tariff service provided by the TFNRegistry™ Functions Tariff. There are 2 methods/applications of entering Resp Org data into the TFNRegistry:
- The TFNRegistry User Interface (UI) (tfnregistry.somos.com)
- The TFNRegistry Application Programming Interface (API) (api-tfnregistry.somos.com)
This document focuses only on the TFNRegistry UI.
Please Note:
- For more information about the “Resp Org Change Tools” Menu item, please refer to the ROC System User Guide.
- Batch updates (also known as bulk or mass automation updates) can be made via the TFNRegistry UI or API.
If you are interested in the TFNRegistry API, please visit the Developer Resources (developer.somos.com) and login with your valid Somos® credentials for the TFNRegistry.
