The GAN page specifies whether a Resp Org should receive record activation notices and/or failure notices.
- Activation notices are generated when a record becomes ACTIVE or DISCONNECT.
- Failure notices are generated when a record status becomes FAILED.
- If a record is in SENDING status after the time-out period, for example due to an Service Control Point (SCP) being down, a failure notice is generated.
- You can only view the default Resp Org's information on this page. For further assistance, please call or text the Help Desk at 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1.
