The "Request Library" sub menu item is new within the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) and it is available to you so you can access and submit requests to Somos®. Currently, there is only one request available which is the Resp Org Change Help Desk Intervention (ROC HDI) (also known as HDI) request. You can select the "Submission History (SHY)" sub-menu item to view and manage your Resp Org's submitted requests that were sent to the Help Desk for processing. Access to this request and other future requests in this menu item are permission based. If you require permission to the HDI request, please contact your Responsible Organization's (Resp Org's) Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for assistance. From the TFNRegistry’s Landing page or any page, if you want to submit requests to the Somos, please select the “Request Library” from the Menu icon which is located in the upper left corner and then select the desired request.
