% of Working Numbers |
Identifies the percent of the number of Toll-Free Number (TFNs) in Working status for the Responsible Organization's (Resp Org’s) Entity that are allowed to be reserved for that Entity if this value is greater than the “Total# Reserved” value. |
Valid values include 1 to 4 digits, with up to 2 decimal places from 00.01 through 99.99. |
Total # Reserved |
Identifies the maximum number of TFNs that can be in a Reserved status for the Resp Org’s Entity if this value is greater than the % of Working Numbers value. |
Valid values include 1 to 8 numeric. Range of valid values is from 1 to 10,000,000. An entry of 0 is not supported. |
% of Spare Numbers |
Identifies the TFNRegistry - wide limit for the percent of numbers in the TFNRegistry - wide spare number pool that an Entity can reserve. |
Valid values include 1 to 4 digits with up to 2 decimal places from 00.01 through 99.99. |
Pre-Reservation Time |
Identifies the length of time, in minutes, that spare TFNs will be held in Pre-Reservation mode when you search for a TFN. |
Valid values include 1 to 2 numeric, from 0 to 60. The default value is 1 minute (e.g. 60 seconds). |
Extended Lockout |
Identifies the length of time, in minutes, before a TFNRegistry time-out occurs and a response is sent to you indicating that the reservation transaction may not have been completed. |
Valid values include 1 to 2 numeric, from 1 to 99. The default value is 15. |
Transitional to Spare Time |
Identifies the daily starting time that the TFNRegistry begins returning Disconnect and Transitional TFNs that were Disconnected/Transitional for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)-required duration, which is currently set to 120 days. Please Note: The Transitional to Spare Time can be the same as or different than the Reserved to Spare Time. |
Valid range of 12:00 AM (midnight) to 11:59 PM in the Central Time Zone and in the hhmm AM/PM format:
Please Note: Leading zeros are not required for single-digit hours 01-09. The TFNRegistry will automatically add in a leading zero (o) with any single digit entries. |
Enable Blocking |
Identifies whether or not users can exceed their system reservation limit per the Reservation Limit (REL) page. Enable blocking does not apply to Reservation Allocation. |

Reserved to Spare Time |
Identifies the daily starting time that the TFNRegistry begins returning Reserved numbers that have remained in Reserve status for the industry standard maximum allowed duration, which is currently set to 45 days. Please Note: The Reserved to Spare Time can be the same as or different than the Transitional to Spare Time. |
