Select the “List” icon within the States portion and a “Choose from the list” pop-up window appears with available Areas of Service (AOS) States and Provinces from which to search from and select. After you have located the appropriate AOS States and Provinces for the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR), you must select the check box to the left of the State or Province and then choose the “Select” button.
- Select the “Add” icon available on the right of the listed entries to add additional States and Provinces.
- Select the “Delete Item” icon available at the left of the listed entry to delete the selected States or Province values.
- Select the “Delete” icon in the right hand corner of the States section to delete all the listed entries of State and Province values.
