When you create a new or update an existing record with information more than the acceptable size limit, then an error/warning message will be displayed in the Validation Details section of the Immediate Validation Results (IVR) page. The size limit of the record information should be below 170,000 kilobytes (KB).
On the IVR page, enter the Toll-Free Number (TFN) and retrieve the information, an error/warning message stating that “Your customer record has exceeded 170,000 KB, the size limit acceptable by one or more SCPs” will be displayed in the Validation Details section.
