The Responsible Organization (Resp Org) establishes the Area of Service (AOS) for a Toll-Free Number (TFN) within the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). The TFN may not be in service or it may not be available from your calling area depending upon how it was established between the Toll-Free subscriber and the Resp Org.
