The ROC System was previously accessed via the Somos Portal Website (portal.somos.com). After a successful migration, it can now be accessed via the same URL as the TFNRegistry™ User Interface (UI) with your existing Production TFNRegistry Login ID and password:

Additionally, you can access the ROC System via the Web Service Interface (WSI) (also known as the ROC API) if you are apart of a certified WSI Responsible Organization (Resp Org). If you are a certified WSI Resp Org, please understand that the following URLs have changed with the ROC System migration into the TFNRegistry UI:

After you have successfully logged in, select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner). If you have the valid permissions, then the “Resp Org Change Tools” and “User Management” menu items will be displayed. Additional Menu and sub-menu items may be available depending upon your TFNRegistry permissions. If you require ROC permissions or additional permissions such as TFNRegistry permissions, please contact your Resp Org's Primary Contact or Company Administrator(s) for further assistance.
By selecting the “Resp Org Change Tools” menu item, you will see the following list of sub-menu items:
- ROC LOA Upload (RLU): By selecting this option, you can attach a valid Letter of Agency (LOA) file to a corresponding ROC request if you selected “Generate LOA Attachment” option when request was created.
- ROC Resend Subscriber Notifications (RRN): This option is for Resp Orgs who have subscribed to receive notifications via the ROC WSI Notification Subscriber. This allows you to subscribe for the WSI notifications.
- ROC Search Requests (RSR): By selecting this option, you will access the ROC requests you have submitted to other Resp Orgs, as well as the ROC requests you have received.
- ROC Submit Request (RSB): By selecting this menu, you can submit a ROC request.
- ROC Subscriber Notifications (RSN): This option is for Resp Orgs who have subscribed to receive notifications via the ROC WSI Notification Subscriber. This allows you to search and resend all transactions that failed to deliver at your end due to any exception.
- You can select the desired sub-menu item to navigate to that page. Your TFNRegistry menu may differ than what is shown below depending upon your ROC, ROC WSI (if applicable), and/or your TFNRegistry (if applicable) permissions.
If you selected the User Management menu, you will see the following list of sub-menu items:
- User Control (URC): This option is available for you to setup MFA. For more information, please click here, and/or here for more information on the URC page.
- User Notification Settings (UNS): This option is for Resp Orgs who have subscribed to receive notifications via the ROC WSI Notification Subscriber. This allows you to manage your notification options.
You can select the desired sub-menu item to navigate to that page. Your TFNRegistry menu may differ than what is shown below depending upon your ROC, ROC WSI (if applicable), and/or your TFNRegistry (if applicable) permissions.
