- On the toolbar, select the “Publish” button to save the Workbook.
- Once the “Publish” button has been selected, a “Publish Workbook” pop-up will be displayed (see Figure 89 Publish Workbook).
- Enter the Report name in the Name field and then select the Project folder name from the list.
- Select the “Show sheets as tabs” and “Embed password for data source” check boxes as per the requirement. When the user selects the “Show sheets as tabs” check box, two tabs will be displayed on the top of the page. When the “Embed password for data source” check box is selected, a password will be embedded for the data source.
- Select the “Publish” button to save the changes and then, close the report.
- A Report will be created. The user can select the “Publish” button again to view the Report. A pop-up message will be displayed with a “Go to workbook” link (see Figure 90 Go to Workbook link).
- By selecting the “Go to workbook” link, the user will be directed to the Workbook page. The user can select the Workbook link to open the report (see Figure 91 Published Workbook).
