You can use the sort by option to sort the information in A-Z, Z-A, Most-Least or Least-Most order. The sorting option is available for Folder Name, Projects, Workbooks, Views, Data Sources, Owner and Created.
By selecting the “Sort By” drop down menu, the sort order and sort options will be displayed. Select the desired sort option and then sort order (A-Z, Z-A, Most-Least or Least-Most). The reports will be sorted based on your selection.
