The user can use the Toggle Search Filters option to search the folders, Workbooks, Views and Data Sources with the various search filter options.
By selecting the “Toggle Filters” icon, a drop down will be displayed with more search options. The user can enter the desired search name directly in the “Search” field or use the available fields such as Owner, Modified On/After, Modified On/Before, Created On/After, Created On/Before, and Favorites as search filters for a more defined search (see Figure 30 Toggle Filters). The user can select the “Clear all filters” or “Clear” option to clear all the search filters given and create a new search (see Figure 31 Clear Toggle Filters).
