The Search box at the top of the page is a feature that searches all the Projects, Workbooks, Views and Data Sources at the same time. On the Reporting Home page or from any page, the user can manually enter a report name in the Search box and view the list of reports, Workbooks, Views and Data Sources (see Figure 28 Search Box). The user can select the “See All” link to view all the list of available reports.
When the user selects the “See All” link, the text entered in the search box disappears and the list of searched items will be displayed with more search filters on the right side of the page. The user can use the different search filters on this page to redefine the search results. The user can select the search “Toggle Filters” icon to clear the search results (see Figure 29 Clear Search Filters).
