The Approaching Due Numbers Report contains Reserved TFNs that are within a specified number of days from their Reserved Until date for the selected Resp Org. The following figure provides an example of the Approaching Due Report (see Figure 93 Approaching Due Number Report).

Toll-Free Numbers that are approaching their reserved until date. |

The Login ID of the person who reserved the Toll-Free Number. |

Last Updated Date/Time |
The date/time when the data updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred). |

Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report last refreshed. |

Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |

The “RHDB_RESERVEDNUMBERS” data source is used to create the Approaching Due Number Report. The fields used from this table are:
