A general Resp Org user must be granted access to the Reporting application by the Resp Org's Primary Contact or Company Administrators via the Resp Org user's profile on the Somos Portal Website (portal.somos.com). If a user needs access to the Reporting, they need to contact their Resp Org's Primary Contact or Company Administrator(s) for assistance. Once granted, the Resp Org Administrator, and they only have access to that data associated with the Resp Org Entities for which that user has application access; restricted by the roles and permissions established by the Resp Org Administrator.
Some reports may have permissions that are not related strictly to the Resp Org, but to the carrier for a specific Toll-Free Number (TFN), or the SCP O/O. An example is the CAG Change Impact Report, for which only the authorized Resp Org(s) for the Carrier may have access to the data associated with the Carrier.
