Notifications or alerts are messages for the user about an error or system failure issues. From the Reporting Home page or any page, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select the Notifications icon. A notification pop-up will be displayed with the message (see Figure 37 Notifications). All the notification or alert messages will be listed in the “All” tab. All the unread messages will be listed in the “Unread” tab.
Email alerts go out to the Help Desk and the Data Center and will be addressed before any users sees the message. If notifications are still present, please contact the Help Desk.
