Notifications or alerts are messages for you about an error or system failure issues. From the Reporting Home page or any page, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select the "Notifications" icon. A notification pop-up will be displayed with the message. All the notification or alert messages will be listed in the “All” tab. All the unread messages will be listed in the “Unread” tab.
Email alerts go out to Somos® support personnel and they will be addressed before you see the message. If notifications are still present, please contact the Help Desk.
