The Mass Carrier Change (MCC) Rejected Records Report lists those records that were rejected by the MCC ID process. It is possible that records on this report that have been converted automatically will not pass all validations or that the records could not be converted by the software for other reasons. The changes required to these rejected records should be made as soon as possible after the report is received (see Figure 143 Mass Carrier Change Rejected Customer Record).

The unique ID for each MCC performed. |

The earliest date that the new CIC may be used for routing. |

The date by which all affected records must be converted to the new CIC. |

As Of |
The date the MCC Post Conversion process was run. |

Toll-Free Number/Template |
The Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Template Name of the affected records. Multiple records for the same number or Template Name may be listed if multiple records are affected. |

CR Status |
The status of the affected records; Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR), Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR) or Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR). Status and definitions are:

Reason Rejected |
The reason the record was rejected. Possible reasons are: The status of the CR, PR or TR. Status and definitions are:

Effective Date/Time |
Identifies the Effective Date and Time for the record. |

Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |

Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |

The “RHDB_MCC_RJCT” data source is used to create the Mass Carrier Change Converted Customer Record report. The fields used from this table are:
