The Mass Carrier Change (MCC) ID Records Prior to Conversion Report provides information to Help Desk and involved Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) about the Customer Records affected by a MCC. Only the affected Customer Records that are in the Resp Org's control and for which update permission is allowed are reported. This report is generated by the MCC ID process prior to the Carrier Identification Code (CIC) conversion. The Resp Org in control of the Customer Records on this report should look at the affected areas for the records that require manual intervention and access the appropriate pages (i.e. Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) or Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) to make the appropriate changes (see Figure 142 Mass Carrier Change Customer Record ID Prior to Conversion).

The earliest date that the new CIC may be used for routing. |

The date by which all affected records must be converted to the new CIC. |

The date the MCC Post Conversion process was run. |
Toll-Free Number/Template |
The Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Template Name of the affected records. Multiple records for the same number or Template Name may be listed if multiple records are affected. |
Area |
Indicates whether just the CAD or both the CAD and Call Processing Record (CPR) portions of the record are affected. |
CR Status |
The status of the affected CR, PR or TR. Status and definitions are:

Effective Date/Time |
Identifies the Effective Date and Time for the record. |
Last Refresh Date/Time |
Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |
Record Count |
Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
