The Help Desk Guidelines and Practices are a resource intended to provide customers with information and support related to Somos® products and services. All documents referenced in this document can be accessed on the Somos Support Center (support.somos.com). Please Note: All requests can be accessed on the Somos Portal Website (portal.somos.com) and they are permission based. If you need assistance with obtaining access to a request, please contact your Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for assistance. After you have successfully logged into the website, the Somos request may be accessed by selecting the "Submit Requests" section of the website. Once the request is displayed, you may complete it by entering the required information and selecting the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page. Any supporting documents referenced in this document may be accessed by navigating to the "About Somos" section and then selecting the "Documents" or by navigating to the "TFNRegistry" section and then selecting the desired sub-section within the Somos Support Center.
