You can retrieve a Toll-Free Number (TFN) on the Customer Record Selection (REC) page when Acting As and Controlling (current, old) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) are different and when the TFN Resp Org is also different from Acting As Resp Org. You cannot perform other operations, as all the functional icons will be disabled.
