To transfer a record on the Customer Record Selection (REC) page, the user must select the “Transfer” icon after a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) has been selected from the list. The user is directed to the CR of the retrieved Toll-Free Number (TFN) with a Transfer Customer Record pop-up window displayed (see Figure 278 Transfer CR Selection pop-up). By selecting the “Cancel” button, the user will be redirected to the REC page. On the Transfer Customer Record pop-up, the user should enter the Effective Date and Time and select the Transfer Portions from Source sections.

The CR page will be displayed with the message, “Transfer is Pending and you must submit or save the record to complete Transfer Action” will be displayed at the top of the page (see Figure 279 Transfer is Pending for CR).

The user must update any changes (if needed) and then select the “Submit” or “Save” button. The message, “Customer Record Transferred Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page (see Figure 280 CR Transferred Successfully).
