After retrieving the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) on the Customer Record Selection (REC) page, you must select the “Delete” icon. The pop-up window with the message, “Are you sure you want to delete the Customer Record?” will be displayed. Select the “Yes” button to delete.
The message, “Customer Record Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
Please Note: On the REC page, the Delete icon is enabled when a retrieved CR status is in Hold, Invalid, Must Check, Pending, and Saved status. For CR status information, please click here.
