To delete the Exception Notification (ENOs) for a specific Toll-Free Number (TFN), you, an authorized user, must first retrieve the notifications for the specific Carrier Identification Code (CIC). After the notification information for the CIC is retrieved, select the TFN(s) from the list and then select the “Delete” icon.
A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed asking you to confirm the deletion.
By selecting the “Yes” button, the Exception Notification for the TFN will be deleted and the message, “Exception Notification Setup Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. By selecting the “No” button, the deletion will be cancelled and you will be returned to the ENO/EAP page.
