With the selected Acting As ID, you cannot retrieve a Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) (also known as a CR) of different Toll-Free Number's (TFN’s) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID and when control and Acting As Resp Org are different. A message, “While you have permission for the TFN, you have selected the wrong Acting As Resp Org. Please select the following Resp Org to continue xxxxx”.
