Acting As feature allows you to act on behalf of Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) for which you have appropriate permissions. On the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) page, you can retrieve the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) information using Acting As when:
- Acting As, Controlling (current, old) Resp Org and Toll-Free Number's (TFN’s) Resp Org are the same (this is the existing behavior of the TFNRegistry™). For more information, please click here.
