On the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) page, enter the TFN or Template number in the “Toll-Free Number/Template” field and then select the “Retrieve” button.
Results for the given TFN will be displayed with the message, “Customer Record Audit/Resend Retrieved Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. The results will display with Effective Date and Time with the current Status (Active/Sending/Disconnect/Failed) at the top of the Results section in the drop down menu. The other fields displayed are the SCP ID, Status and IN-AOS indicator.
