After all desired fields are entered, you must select the “Submit” button to effectively Transfer the Source Record selected sections to the new Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR). The message, “Transfer is pending. You must Submit or Save the record to complete Transfer action” will be displayed at the top of the CR page, indicating that the transfer is not complete until either “Save” or “Submit” buttons have been selected.

On the CR page of the transferred record, you must select the either the “Save” button or the “Submit” button to complete the Transfer action. By selecting the “Save” button, it will save the CR as a new CR based on the selected information in the "Transfer Customer Record" pop-up window, but does not put the CR into effect. You can modify any desired fields in the CR. By selecting the “Submit” button, it saves the CR and schedules the CR for sending to the Service Control Points (SCPs) at the Effective Date and Time of the CR. The TFNRegistry™ validates all the data after submitting and if “Now” is selected, schedules the CR for sending to the SCPs unless the date is in the future, then it is set to a Pending status.
