The Action options are used to select between Change, Disconnect and New that defines the action to be done during the copy of a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR):
- Change: By selecting the “Change” radio button, it allows you to change the basic information including the Effective Date and Time.
- Disconnect: By selecting the “Disconnect” radio button, you will be able to initiate a Disconnect action for the Target Record.
- New: By selecting the “New” radio button, it enables you to create a new record provided either the target Toll-Free Number (TFN) is in a Reserved or Disconnect status.
