By selecting the “Areas of Service” drop down menu in the Basic Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) portion, it shows all 5 types of services, which are: Networks, States, NPAs, LATAs, and Labels. You can enter or modify data in one or more of the Areas of Service (AOS) categories. At least one category must have an entry. Every entry is validated. When you select each category of the Areas of Service, the corresponding information will be populated accordingly.
