You must first retrieve the IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) information for a Toll-Free Number (TFN) to delete. Next, select the “Delete” icon in the “Results” section. A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed requesting you to confirm the deletion.
By selecting the “Yes” button, it will delete the IP Customer Record Administration Information and a message, “IP Customer Record Disconnected Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. By selecting the “No” button, it will cancel the deletion.
