Now, you can open the workbook and update the following information:
- Toll-Free Number (TFN)
- Primary Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
- Secondary FQDN
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Notes
- Delete
In the Excel workbook, you can link multiple TFNs to a primary or secondary FQDN. The TFN and primary FQDN are the mandatory fields. Contact Name, Contact Number, Notes and Delete are optional fields. When you enter “Y” in the Delete field, it will delete the record from the TFNRegistry. If you enter “N” or leaves it blank, then it will proceed with adding of the record into the TFNRegistry.
Please Note:
- You should check whether the Delete field is marked with “Y”, “N” or Blank.
- A maximum of 5,000 TFNs are allowed in the Excel workbook.
