You must first retrieve the IP Customer Record Administration (ICR) information for a Toll-Free Number (TFN) to update. After the ICR information has been retrieved, you must select the “Edit” icon and then navigate to the fields that are to be changed, either add new values or change existing values to make the updates. Once you have performed the desired actions, you must select the “Submit” button to update. A message stating, “IP Customer Record Updated Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
