After you have retrieved the "IP Customer Record Administration (ICR)" page for the Toll-Free Number (TFN), you must select the primary domain name which is a mandatory field and then select the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). In the Primary FQDN section, select the “List” icon to get the list of domain names. A “Choose from the list” pop-up window will be displayed with available FQDN. Enter the desired FQDN directly in the search field or select the desired FQDN radio button from the list and then “Select” button. Please follow the same instructions for selecting the FQDN in the next section.
